• You collect the pre-ordered meals from Hofmann-Menue and check them to ensure they are complete and undamaged
• You reheat pre-ordered meals in the oven correctly, ensuring the correct temperature and cooking time
• You serve the reheated meals to staff in the staff canteen
• You prepare the serving area and keep the food warm until it is served
• After serving the meals, you clean the serving area, equipment and work surfaces in accordance with hygiene guidelines
• You conscientiously record temperatures, quantities served and other procedures
• You ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the canteen area at all times and comply with the applicable regulations
• You clear away crockery, trays and cutlery and prepare them for washing
