- You will be responsible for home care and treatment care in accordance with SGB XI and V
- In addition, you will carry out care visits and counselling visits
- Together with the team, you will be involved in the preparation of patient assessments and in medical diagnostics and therapy
- You will use your specialist knowledge to develop quality-compliant care plans and care documentation
- You will always ensure that the quality and care standards are implemented, implement the quality and care standards
- You contribute to efficiency through your economical use of resources
- You work closely with our partners and provide guidance and advice to all those involved in the care process
Requirements
- You have completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), health and nursing professional (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- With your knowledge of professional regulations and the current laws according to SGB V and SGB XI, you bring legal understanding to your work
- Thanks to your willingness to work shifts, you can be deployed flexibly
- Possession of a car driving licence of at least categoryYou will benefit from having at least a class B driving licence
- With your identification with the tasks and goals of the German Red Cross, you will support the values and mission statement of our organisation
