• You will professionally provide basic and therapeutic care to patients in their own homes
• As part of the care planning process, you will plan, manage and evaluate care on an individual basis, whilst ensuring quality assurance
• You carry out medically prescribed therapeutic care measures professionally, for example administering medication, changing dressings or giving injections
• You provide expert guidance to relatives, supporting and advising them throughout the care process
• You monitor patients’ state of health and identify changes at an early stage
• You maintain care records carefully and in a clear and traceable manner
• You maintain regular contact with the attending doctors and coordinate necessary measures
• When providing care, you ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

• You have successfully completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or geriatric care worker (m/f/d)
• you hold a

health certificate,

a current standard certificate of good conduct and proof of measles vaccination

• you have already gained extensive specialist knowledge and professional experience in elderly care
• you impress with your efficiency, commitment and sense of responsibility
• you are characterised by empathy and a high level of personal and social skills
• careful patient observation and trusting communication with doctors and relatives are among your strengths
• you are confident in care process planning and quality assurance, as well as in care documentation
