• You will support and care for our residents independently and ensure a trusting atmosphere
• With your eye for what really matters, you ensure the quality of care and support
• You carry out treatment-related care in accordance with doctors’ prescriptions and actively support rehabilitation measures
• In terms of basic care, you will carry out defined care tasks and respond to the individual needs of the residents
• You will document your care activities carefully and in a way that is easy to follow

• You have completed your training as a registered healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d), registered nursing professional (m/f/d), nursing professional (m/f/d), geriatric care worker (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have professional experience as a geriatric care worker (m/f/d) or healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d), although this is not essential
• you possess a deep sense of empathy and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
• you work reliably on a shift basis within a 2- or 3-shift system
• With German language skills at at least B2 or C1 level, you can communicate confidently both verbally and in writing
• Through your independent and solution-oriented approach to work, you help to put a smile on our residents’ faces
