• You will look after and support the residents independently as part of their day-to-day care
• You will ensure the quality of care and support through professional and reliable work
• You carry out treatment-related care in accordance with doctors’ prescriptions, for example administering medication, changing dressings or giving injections
• You support residents during rehabilitation and encourage their independence
• As part of basic care, you will assist with personal hygiene, dressing, mobility and eating
• You will plan and carry out specific care procedures in a professional manner
• You keep your care records complete, clear and up to date
• You closely monitor changes in residents’ health and report these to doctors, relatives and the care team

• You have completed a nursing qualification, for example as a geriatric care worker (m/f/d), a healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or a registered nurse (m/f/d)
• You have already gained experience in basic and therapeutic care
• You work independently and reliably, whilst ensuring a high standard of care and support
• You are confident in carrying out medically prescribed procedures such as administering medication, changing dressings and giving injections
• You maintain care records carefully, clearly and in a timely manner
• You treat residents with empathy, patience and respect
• You are attentive to changes in residents’ health and report these reliably
• You are a team player and communicate clearly and empathetically with residents, their relatives and doctors
