• You have completed a three-year vocational training programme, for example as a registered nurse (m/f/d), a healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or a geriatric care worker (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• ideally, you will already have some professional experience
• you are happy to work shifts
• A driving licence and your own car would be an advantage
