• In this role, you will be responsible for the nursing and educational care of people with disabilities
• You will be responsible for assisting with basic care and promoting independence
• You will support clients in their daily lives, to appointments and leisure activities
• Documenting care and support services is part of your remit
• You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team

• You have completed training in the field of care or education, e.g. as a qualified nurse (m/f/d), a therapeutic care worker (m/f/d), a social care assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in caring for people with disabilities is an advantage
• You are characterised by empathy, patience and the ability to work as part of a team
• A reliable and responsible approach to work comes naturally to you
• Good German language skills and a valid work permit round off your profile
