• You will independently care for and support the residents in their day-to-day care needs
• You will carry out basic care professionally, for example by assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, meals and mobility
• Therapeutic care as prescribed by a doctor is part of your duties, such as administering medication, changing dressings, giving injections and monitoring vital signs
• You support residents with their rehabilitation and encourage their independence
• You plan and carry out specific care measures in accordance with the individual needs of the residents
• You ensure the quality of care and support by adhering to professional standards and regularly reviewing the measures taken
• You monitor the residents’ state of health and identify changes at an early stage so that you can inform doctors or relatives if necessary
• You document the care process and care procedures carefully and in a way that is easy to follow

• You have completed training as a registered healthcare and nurse (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d), registered nursing professional (m/f/d), a qualified care worker (m/f/d), a geriatric care worker (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You possess empathy and sensitivity when dealing with people in need of care
• You work independently and take responsibility for the quality of care and support
• You have knowledge of basic and therapeutic care, such as administering medication, changing dressings and monitoring vital signs
• You also document care processes carefully and in a clear, traceable manner
• You have a keen eye for changes in the health of residents
• You impress with your strong communication skills when interacting with residents, relatives, doctors and the team
• You are reliable and a team player
