Your responsibilities

• You will assess and determine the individual care needs of patients
• You will ensure the quality of medical care and continuously improve it
• You carry out expert diagnostic assessments and monitor patients’ health
• You prepare and administer medication in accordance with doctors’ instructions
• You will also prepare infusions, administer insulin, take blood samples and carry out regular blood glucose measurements
• You will be responsible for the professional management of wounds
• You will accompany ward rounds in close and trusting collaboration with the medical team
• You will implement preventive and health-promoting measures as part of your day-to-day nursing practice
• You will provide empathetic advice and support to patients and their relatives
• Active and respectful communication within the whole team rounds off your role

What we are looking for

• You have completed your training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d)
• You hold a valid health certificate and a current standard certificate of good conduct
• You have already gained sound specialist knowledge and valuable professional experience in elderly care
• You communicate actively and respectfully within the team and when dealing with patients and their relatives
• Spoken German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You hold a Class B driving licence
• You impress with your empathy, sense of responsibility and strong personal and social skills
• You are characterised by a high level of motivation, commitment and a genuine care for people
