• You plan and deliver professional and personalised care for residents in a respectful manner
• You carry out basic care and therapeutic care measures carefully and in accordance with current standards
• You closely monitor the residents’ state of health and report any changes to the relevant departments
• You maintain care records in a comprehensive and transparent manner
• You provide motivational guidance to care staff, trainees and work experience students
• You advise and support residents, relatives and visitors with empathy
• You provide professional support with the administration of medication and care in accordance with doctors’ instructions
• You liaise within the team and with doctors and other specialist services to ensure the care of residents

• You hold a qualification as a registered nurse (m/f/d), geriatric care worker (m/f/d) or healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d)
• you have in-depth knowledge of care for the elderly
• interacting with residents in an empathetic and open manner comes naturally to you
• You have good organisational skills and are a team player
• You are willing to work shifts, including at weekends and on public holidays
• You are willing to work in various care homes in Dresden and the surrounding area as required
• You are able to guide care staff, trainees and work experience students in a motivating and appreciative manner
• You work meticulously and maintain care records in a reliable and transparent manner
