• You will be responsible for the comprehensive provision of active personal care for clients, in accordance with all applicable guidelines and standards
• You will also be responsible for promptly initiating life-saving emergency measures and immediately notifying the doctor in charge in acute emergencies
• You will also oversee the professional preparation of individual care plans and manage the entire care process in close collaboration with all therapists
• The active preparation, independent implementation and constructive follow-up of regular care visits are also part of your daily duties
• As part of your role, you will support the comprehensive and meticulous recording of all relevant care data in modern digital care documentation software
• Furthermore, you will support the competent preparation for and supervision of resident assessments carried out by the Medical Service to ensure correct classification
• Finally, you will be responsible for communicating empathetically with clients’ relatives and for ensuring cooperative coordination within your care team

• You have successfully completed a qualification as a geriatric care worker (m/f/d), a healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or a qualified nursing professional (m/f/d)
• you also have some initial practical work experience in geriatric care or nursing and possess sound knowledge of care documentation
• Your confident use of standard MS Office applications, as well as initial experience with specialist care documentation software, sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have excellent written and spoken German and always communicate clearly and empathetically with all residents
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high level of social skills and strong empathy in your respectful interactions with residents
• Finally, you are an excellent team player and always work reliably, in a structured manner and with a strong sense of responsibility during your daily shift
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
