• You will be responsible for providing professional basic and therapeutic care, as well as personalised support for clients in need of care, in accordance with current medical standards
• You will also be responsible for communicating empathetically and trustworthily with relatives, treating doctors and external clinics
• Furthermore, you will oversee the professionally sound coordination with health insurance providers and other relevant parties to ensure optimal care for all those in your care
• Comprehensive and meticulous care process planning, as well as digital care documentation, are also part of your daily nursing duties
• As part of your role, you will support active measures to ensure quality assurance and uphold modern care standards within the residential care setting
• Furthermore, you will support interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues and medical teams in the day-to-day care routine at the facility
• Finally, you will be responsible for the professional administration and documentation of medication in compliance with all legal regulations and hygiene guidelines

• You have successfully completed vocational training as a geriatric care worker (m/f/d), a healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or a state-recognised nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• you also have some relevant professional experience in geriatric care or nursing, as well as sound specialist knowledge in the field of medical care
• Your confident use of standard care documentation software and modern IT systems sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have a very good command of spoken and written German, enabling you to communicate confidently and produce professional care documentation
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high degree of empathy, reliability, a sense of responsibility and a strong service-oriented approach
• Finally, you are a team player and always work independently, in a structured and considerate manner with the clients in your care
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
