• You will provide care in accordance with an individual care plan and support patients in line with the care plan and internal standards
• You will also carry out nursing treatments in a professional manner
• Finally, you will ensure that care documentation is completed promptly and in a traceable manner

• You have completed training as a geriatric care worker (m/f/d), a healthcare and nursing qualification (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Basic IT skills would be an advantage
• You are also willing to work shifts, including Sundays and public holidays
