• You will carry out medical treatment and care in accordance with doctors’ instructions, for example administering medication, giving injections, changing dressings and treating wounds
• You provide basic care for patients and residents in a professional and stimulating manner, for example with personal hygiene, mobility, nutrition and elimination
• You look after and support the people entrusted to your care in their daily lives, responding to their individual needs
• You closely monitor vital signs and changes in health status, and take the necessary action should any abnormalities be detected
• You plan, document and evaluate the care process and the measures carried out carefully and in a transparent manner
• You coordinate treatment and care measures in close collaboration with doctors and therapists
• You advise and inform relatives and act as their point of contact
• You provide professional guidance to care assistants, support them in their day-to-day work and coordinate their deployment

• You have successfully completed training as a registered nurse (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d), healthcare assistant (m/f/d) or paediatric nurse (m/f/d)
• You have experience in medical treatment care as well as in basic and supportive care
• You are characterised by a responsible and empathetic approach to people in need of care
• You demonstrate diligence and reliability when completing care documentation
• You have a good command of spoken German, enabling you to communicate clearly and in a friendly manner
• You have experience of, or are willing to take on, the supervision of nursing assistants
• Your ability to work as part of a team and your structured approach to work round off your profile
