• You assess the patients' care needs and determine them carefully

• You have at least an intermediate school leaving certificate or a lower secondary school leaving certificate in combination with at least two years of successfully completed vocational training, for example in nursing assistance

• You can provide a medical certificate of health suitability, proof of vaccinations and an extended police clearance certificate
• You have good physical resilience for strenuous activities such as lifting, lifting, repositioning and a lot of walking and standing
