• In this role, you will be responsible for providing basic and therapeutic care to patients in their own homes
• You will be responsible for preparing and administering medication
• Monitoring vital signs is part of your duties, as are wound care and changing dressings
• You will administer injections, infusions, parenteral nutrition and other therapeutic nursing procedures

• You have experience in basic and therapeutic care, as well as in changing dressings and wound care; confidence in administering medication, injections and infusions is essential
• Knowledge of monitoring vital signs and parenteral nutrition is second nature to you
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• You must hold a valid driving licence, as assignments take place in patients’ homes
• You are characterised by a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Empathy and a genuine enjoyment of working with patients are part of your skill set
• Furthermore, you work reliably and independently, even at changing locations, and possess strong teamwork and communication skills
