• In your role, you will be responsible for the holistic care and support of residents in the inpatient ward and will ensure their well-being
• Together with colleagues from nursing, therapy and other professional groups, you will contribute to a positive working atmosphere
• In line with our care philosophy, you will work to a high professional standard and incorporate the latest findings from nursing science into your day-to-day care practice
• You will implement nursing interventions responsibly and professionally, ensuring high-quality care
• You will play an active role in planning, implementing and improving work processes, and contribute your ideas
• Through your diligence, you will adhere to applicable quality standards and support their consistent implementation in day-to-day care

• You have completed a qualification as a registered nurse (m/f/d), healthcare nurse (m/f/d) or geriatric care worker (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have experience in residential care
• You are characterised by your professional and responsible approach to carrying out care tasks
• You work meticulously and consistently adhere to applicable quality standards
• You demonstrate empathy and treat residents with respect
• You are a team player and enjoy working alongside colleagues from nursing, therapy and other professional groups
• You are characterised by your willingness to contribute to the further development of work processes and to implement the latest findings in nursing science
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit for Germany, round off your profile
