• You assess and determine the individual care needs of the patient:
• professionally monitor and ensure the quality of medical care
• Diagnostics and patient monitoring are part of your varied daily routine
• responsibly prepare and administer medication
• carry out infusions, take blood samples, administer insulin, measure blood sugar levels and treat wounds
• you work closely with doctors during visits
• you independently implement preventative and health-promoting measures
• you advise and support patients and their relatives with empathy
• you are responsible for the care of patients

• You have completed training as a nurse (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d) or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
• you have extensive specialist knowledge and professional experience in geriatric care
• you already have a valid health passport or will submit it promptly
• you have a current simple certificate of good conduct or will submit it promptly
• you have a class B driving licence
• with a good command of German at B1level, you communicate in a team and with relatives
• your performance, commitment, empathy and a sense of responsibility as well as your high level of personal and social competence round off your profile
