• You assess and determine the individual care needs of our patients
• You ensure the quality of medical care and work to continuously improve it
• You carry out expert diagnostic assessments and monitor patients’ health
• You prepare medication and administer it reliably in accordance with instructions
• You also prepare infusions and carry out blood tests professionally
• You administer insulin and carry out regular blood glucose monitoring
• You provide professional wound care for our patients
• Working closely with the medical team, you accompany ward rounds and collaborate in a spirit of trust
• You implement preventive and health-promoting measures as part of your day-to-day nursing practice
• You will provide empathetic advice and support to patients and their relatives on all matters
• You will communicate actively and respectfully with the whole team

• You have successfully completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or geriatric care worker (m/f/d)
• You can provide a valid health certificate and a current standard certificate of good conduct
• You have already gained sound specialist knowledge and valuable professional experience in elderly care
• You are characterised by a high level of motivation, commitment and a genuine compassion for people
• Empathy, a sense of responsibility and strong interpersonal and social skills are among your strengths
• You hold a Class B driving licence
• You value respectful, clear communication within the team
• You are characterised by an independent, meticulous and resilient approach to your work
