• You assess and evaluate patients’ individual care needs and plan their care accordingly
• As part of patient monitoring, you regularly check vital signs and health status and identify changes at an early stage
• You prepare medication and administer it in accordance with doctors’ instructions
• You carefully prepare infusions and set them up as instructed
• In accordance with doctors’ instructions, you take blood samples and administer insulin
• You measure blood sugar levels and record the results
• Your duties include the professional management of wounds and changing dressings
• During ward rounds, you work closely with doctors and report any important observations
• You monitor and ensure the quality of medical and nursing care through careful documentation of care

• You have successfully completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or geriatric care worker (m/f/d)
• You have already gained extensive specialist knowledge and professional experience in elderly care
• You can provide a health certificate
• You are willing to work a two-shift system and be on call at weekends
• You impress with your efficiency, commitment and sense of responsibility
• You are characterised by empathy and a high level of personal and social skills
