• You will be responsible for providing basic and therapeutic care to patients in their own homes
• Your duties will include, amongst other things, washing patients, administering medication, changing incontinence pads and assisting with other daily tasks
• You will also ensure that care records are kept in accordance with regulations

• You have completed training as a registered healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d), registered nursing professional (m/f/d), nursing professional (m/f/d), geriatric care worker (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in community care is desirable
• You have a confident command of spoken and written German
• A driving licence is essential
• Your empathetic manner enables you to interact effectively with people
