• You will be responsible for the professional guidance and supervision of all subordinate employees

• You will plan, implement and evaluate all nursing measures individually and comprehensively

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d), healthcare and paediatric nurse (m/f/d) or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
• You are willing to undertake further training
