• You will regularly inspect the technical systems and report any anomalies or faults
• You will supervise and monitor maintenance work and ensure that everything runs smoothly on site
• You will carry out general caretaker duties and perform minor repairs independently
• You will organise and carry out the rubbish bin service, including putting out and bringing in the bins
• Your responsibilities include maintaining the grounds, for example mowing the lawn, trimming hedges and clearing leaves
• In winter, you’ll be responsible for winter maintenance, clearing snow and gritting paths and driveways

• You have already gained some initial experience in caretaker services, but career changers (m/f/d) are also very welcome
• You have good manual skills and a sound understanding of technical matters
• You have a basic spoken command of German
• You hold a Class B/BE driving licence
• You are customer-focused, friendly and sociable
• A valid work permit rounds off your profile
