• You will be responsible for overseeing maintenance, servicing and repair work on building services, in consultation with your line manager and building services technicians, amongst other things
• You will also manage the conference technology during events and act as the point of contact for all technical issues on site
• You will be responsible for the supervision, maintenance and repair of the operational building and the premises
• You will be responsible for the upkeep of the courtyard, the front gardens surrounding the building, the lawns and the garden
• Daily inspection rounds in the premises at irregular times are also part of your remit
• In addition, you will prepare the conference rooms and the technical equipment for events, in consultation with the events department,
• You will assemble office furniture, carry out office relocations within the building and repair minor damage in consultation with management
• You will also carry out general caretaker duties, such as carrying out minor repairs
• Supervising external contractors, liaising with them and managing the building’s cleaning round off your role

• a completed technical apprenticeship, preferably in a trade or electrical engineering, a comparable qualification or, alternatively, professional experience as a caretaker (m/f/d), building technician (m/f/d) or facility manager (m/f/d)
• you already have experience of working with external service providers and dealing with different personalities
• your manual skills and technical understanding are a strong point
• Very good German language skills and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You are characterised by your organisational skills, ability to work in a team and resilience, as well as an independent, reliable and communicative approach to work
