• You will carry out painting work in the residential units and communal areas, for example painting walls, ceilings and doors
• You will assist with general caretaker duties across the residential complexes
• You will carry out minor repairs and maintenance work independently on site

• You have good manual skills, for example for painting walls, ceilings and doors
• You are physically fit, as your duties will also include clearing and transporting items
• You have a basic spoken knowledge of German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
• You are known for your reliable and meticulous approach to work
• You enjoy working independently and are happy to help out with additional manual tasks
• Teamwork and a friendly manner towards residents come naturally to you
