• Your responsibilities will include inspecting technical installations as well as ensuring that operational safety and maintenance schedules are properly monitored
• General caretaker duties – from bin collection and minor repairs to coordinating external contractors – form part of your day-to-day work
• You’ll play an active role in maintaining green spaces, looking after lawns, hedges and well-maintained outdoor areas
• You will take sole responsibility for snow clearance and gritting in winter to ensure that access routes and entrances remain safe and passable

• You have already gained experience in caretaking or gardening services, but you are also very welcome to apply if you are changing careers (m/f/d)
• You have a good understanding of technical matters and, ideally, a green thumb for gardening
• You have a good command of German
• You hold a Class B driving licence, which allows you to travel to various work locations
• You have a valid work permit
