• You will ensure that the premises, including the outdoor areas, are kept tidy and clean on a daily basis
• Daily checks of the lighting in corridors and stairwells, the functionality of the emergency lighting, air-conditioning systems and the lift; you will also be responsible for inspecting equipment and technical installations in accordance with the maintenance schedule or the specifications provided by the Central Services department
• You will carry out minor and very minor repairs in the managed properties, guest flats and emergency accommodation, concierge’s lodges and on fixtures and fittings, and you’ll carry out minor alterations and renovation work
• Maintenance of outdoor areas on sections of the site at Werbener Straße 3 (lawn mowing, leaf clearance, sweeping and winter maintenance, watering, weeding, and clearing green spaces and flower beds, etc.) is also part of your remit
• You will carry out cleaning tasks inside the administrative buildings, on pavements, green spaces, car parks, and in entrance areas, garages, cellars and the guide rails of the courtyard gate
• Daily inspection rounds within your area of responsibility, including documentation as specified by the Central Services team, are also part of your duties
• Looking after the company vehicle fleet (refuelling, cleaning, checking the inventory for completeness and expiry dates, tightening wheel nuts, and charging/monitoring e-bikes and electric vehicles) rounds off your remit

• Ideally, you will have professional experience in the above-mentioned field
• IT skills are also part of your profile
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your portfolio
• You hold a Class 3 driving licence
• You are a person trained in electrical engineering
• You are characterised by a quick grasp of new concepts and strong organisational skills
• You possess manual skills
