• You will oversee building services systems during day-to-day operations
• You will carry out regular inspections of technical rooms
• You provide organisational and practical support for relocations

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a painter and varnisher (m/f/d), carpenter (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You also have a basic understanding of traffic safety obligations, occupational safety and fire safety
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You hold a car driving licence
• You are a team player and have an energetic approach to work
• A valid work permit completes your profile
