• You will check that heating, ventilation and lift systems are in good working order and monitor their smooth operation
• You will carry out minor repairs independently, such as changing light bulbs, replacing seals on taps or lock cylinders
• You will act as the on-site contact person for external tradespeople and carry out checks on the work they have carried out
• You will be responsible for garden and grounds maintenance, including mowing the lawn and trimming hedges
• You will reliably carry out street sweeping, refuse collection and bin emptying as part of your rounds
• In winter, you’ll be responsible for winter maintenance, i.e. clearing snow and gritting the grounds
• You’ll set up household appliances and consumer electronics and connect them correctly

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a

plant mechanic (m/f/d),

Electronics Technician (m/f/d), Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• you have experience working with heating, ventilation and lift systems or similar building services
• Furthermore, you can read technical drawings and work to them
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is one of your strengths
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• The ability to work as part of a team, commitment, reliability and a proactive and safe approach to work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
