• You will carry out minor repair and maintenance work on the premises independently
• You will regularly check doors, gates and windows for proper functioning and damage
• You will check the lighting for faults and report any issues (excluding electrical work)
• You will check sanitary facilities to ensure they are in working order and rectify minor faults
• During relocations, you will carry out removal tasks as well as assembly and dismantling work
• You will assist the specialist staff with manual tasks as required
• You will carry out cleaning tasks during relocations
• You will transport goods and materials between sites using the van or your own car
• You will document any noticeable faults and damage and report them to the relevant departments

• You have completed training as a

building services technician (m/f/d),

painter and varnisher

 (m/f/d), 

joiner (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is one of your strengths
• You also hold a car driving licence
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• The ability to work as part of a team, commitment, reliability and a proactive and safe approach to work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
