• You will carry out drywall, painting, bricklaying and carpentry work independently
• You will be responsible for the installation and repair of buildings and infrastructure
• You will maintain and monitor utility systems such as water, sewage, heating and compressed air
• As part of winter maintenance, you will spread salt and clear snow
• You will maintain green spaces and carry out pruning
• You ensure that health and safety regulations are always adhered to
• You organise and plan construction sites
• You manage the necessary use of materials by ordering them

• You have completed a vocational apprenticeship in a trade, e.g. as a joiner (m/f/d), painter (m/f/d), drywall fitter (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have experience in building refurbishment as well as general caretaker duties
• You hold a valid forklift licence, aerial work platform licence and a Class B driving licence
• You are characterised by your initiative, innovative thinking and communication skills
• A sense of responsibility and cost-consciousness, a willingness to undertake further training, and identification with the group’s objectives are second nature to you
• The ability to work as part of a team, along with a sense of order and cleanliness, round off your profile
• Valid work permits and a knowledge of German are prerequisites for employment
