• You’ll be responsible for the comprehensive management of the property
• You’ll operate, maintain and service the building services systems
• You consistently comply with all safety regulations
• You forward requests for repairs and warranty claims to the property manager
• You ensure that services are provided properly and that contractual obligations are met
• You carry out inspection rounds and deal with fault diagnosis and rectification

• You have completed a vocational apprenticeship, e.g. as an automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d), carpenter (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have a good knowledge of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and electrical engineering
• You have a basic knowledge of IT, particularly the MS Office suite
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit, are part of your profile
• You also hold a Class B driving licence
• A strong focus on service and customer care, combined with an independent and structured approach to work, round off your profile
