• You check the ceiling panel constructions and repair any defects found
• You carry out general caretaking tasks reliably and ensure cleanliness
• You use your manual skills to carry out repair work and assemble furniture
• You take care of green maintenance and, if necessary, take over the winter service
• You independently manage the exchange and coordination of external trades

• Ideally, you have previous experience as a caretaker (m/f/d)
• You are characterised by your manual skills and previous experience in manual work
• In addition, you have at least a very good knowledge of German
