• You will carry out general caretaking tasks independently - including trimming hedges, minor repairs and maintaining the outdoor facilities
• You will install sockets and replace light bulbs, so that the electrical installation always remains functional
• Maintain technical systems such as heating systems, carry out maintenance and ensure safe operation
• Clean reliably and ensure that the building and grounds are clean and tidy

• You have a basic knowledge of electrics and technology and are therefore able to carry out simple installation and maintenance work independently
• You are characterised by your manual skills - you approach repairs and installations with precision and confidence
• Good German language skills help you, understand work instructions and communicate clearly in contact with residents or colleagues
• you work carefully and independently, take responsibility and complete tasks reliably
• flexibility is a matter of course for you - you adapt easily to the different requirements and situations in the caretaking service
