• In this role, which combines craftsmanship with industrial-scale production, you will work with
• You will manufacture sports equipment, both in series production and as bespoke, one-off items, and assemble them
• Last but not least, you will ensure compliance with safety standards

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a joiner (m/f/d), cabinetmaker (m/f/d), woodworking technician (m/f/d), ideally with a master craftsman’s certificate or a comparable qualification
• you have experience in managing a department and running a joinery workshop
• reading and understanding technical drawings comes naturally to you
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You possess a strong hands-on approach and excellent communication skills
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Commitment, reliability and an independent and organised approach to work are your strong points
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
