Your responsibilities

• You’ll oversee day-to-day operations at the ticket office and entrance, and coordinate the teams to ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the day
• You’ll support new colleagues during their induction and familiarise them with relevant procedures, standards and system knowledge.
• You’ll assist with rota and shift planning and, together with those in charge, ensure that staffing is planned to meet demand.
• You’ll be responsible for the practical use of the till system, suggest improvements and work closely with the administrator on system-related issues.
• You will also coordinate external service providers in the till and entrance areas and ensure reliable collaboration
• You will be responsible for providing change and work materials, and ensure that everything necessary is available during day-to-day operations
• You will carry out the daily till closures, check and document cash balances, and ensure that accounts are properly reconciled

What we’re looking for

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a retail sales assistant (m/f/d), sales assistant (m/f/d) or specialist in chain catering (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have professional experience in the catering industry, retail or a comparable service-oriented environment
• You are confident in using MS Office applications and can quickly find your way around new systems
• You have a good command of written and spoken English
• You are distinguished by strong organisational skills, as well as a reliable and structured approach to your work
• You come across as friendly, confident and self-assured, and are able to assert yourself clearly even in challenging situations
• You communicate confidently and in a solution-oriented manner, and tackle challenges in a structured and pragmatic way
• Even when the workload is high, you work with confidence and have the necessary flexibility to work at weekends and on public holidays
