• You will be responsible for preparing and finalising monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, and will meticulously check the underlying SAP source data for plausibility
• You will also be responsible for supporting operational planning and for actively contributing to local corporate planning
• Furthermore, you will oversee the preparation of standard reports, clarifying variances and developing meaningful projections and ad hoc analyses for senior management
• Providing support and specialist advice to international subsidiaries as part of investment controlling is also part of your varied role
• As part of your role, you will support the management of investment processes and take on further responsibilities in the area of performance controlling
• Furthermore, you will support strategic projects as a financial owner and play an active role in the ongoing development of the reporting system
• Finally, you will be responsible for the substantive and graphical presentation of financial data for ad hoc analyses and management presentations tailored to specific audiences

• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable business-related degree programme
• you also have several years’ solid professional experience in controlling or a comparable commercial role within an industrial company
• your strong proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI, as well as your expertise in SAP R/3 or S/4HANA, set you apart
• Your native-level command of written and spoken German, as well as your ability to negotiate confidently in English, round off your profile
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of analytical thinking, strong communication skills and a proactive approach to your work
• Finally, you are assertive, enjoy working in an international team and are willing to undertake occasional business travel
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
