Chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You’ll carry out chemical and physical tests for production control and quality assurance
• You will carry out the individual test steps in accordance with the relevant work instructions and defined test plans
• You will prepare culture media for laboratory use
• You will test sterile filters for integrity and document the results
• You will take samples, prepare them and carry out the relevant analyses
• You will operate and maintain the laboratory and testing equipment used
• General laboratory tasks such as cleaning, sterilisation and the provision of materials are also part of your duties
• You record measurement and test results carefully and in a traceable manner in the relevant systems
• You ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards in the laboratory environment
• Working across three shifts, you support the ongoing production and testing processes

What we’re looking for

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d), biological laboratory technician (m/f/d) or chemical technician (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you will have experience in carrying out chemical and physical analyses
• You are characterised by your meticulous and precise work in accordance with specified work instructions and test plans
• You have a good understanding of hygiene and quality standards in a laboratory environment
• You demonstrate reliability and a strong sense of responsibility when handling sensitive samples
• Your ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills help you when interacting with colleagues and line managers
• You are willing to work across three shifts
• A basic spoken knowledge of German (minimum level) is required
• A valid work permit is required
