• You will plan the daily workflow and upcoming laboratory tasks based on current customer orders and internal guidelines
• You will independently source and review the necessary test plans and documentation for ongoing production
• You oversee the sampling process and prepare the samples for analysis
• You coordinate any necessary quality tests and carry them out in accordance with the test plan
• You carefully document the test procedure and the results as part of quality assurance
• In close consultation with the specialist departments, you assist in identifying and evaluating manufacturing defects
• You assist with the maintenance and monitoring of measuring equipment in the laboratory
• You will create new test plans and maintain them in the standard databases and programmes
• You will take responsibility for ensuring order and cleanliness in the workspaces throughout the laboratory area

You have completed a recognised further training programme specialising in quality assurance (Q1 certificate) as well as a vocational qualification as a chemical-technical assistant (m/f/d), Production Controller (m/f/d) or a completed Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. You also have previous professional experience in metrology as well as in managing laboratory and process workflows. Your solid knowledge of common databases, programmes and computer networks for data management are key to your day-to-day work. You have a very good command of written and spoken German, as well as a basic knowledge of English or French for communication purposes. Furthermore, you demonstrate a high degree of responsibility and attention to detail, as well as a willingness to work in a 4-shift. Finally, you are a team player and always work in a structured manner within a dynamic production environment. To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany.
