• You will be responsible for carrying out simple chemical and analytical tests, in particular pH and viscosity measurements
• If you have the appropriate qualifications, you will also carry out further chemical, physical and analytical tests on raw materials and intermediateand finished products in accordance with specified test methods
• You will carry out sample preparation and assist with further analytical tests in accordance with specified work instructions
• You will be responsible for general laboratory assistance and supporting staff in quality control
• You will be responsible for the evaluation and computer-assisted documentation of test results
• Your remit will also include organising and preparing sample shipments to external testing laboratories
• You will provide support with documentation and organisation in the laboratory
• General routine laboratory tasks, e.g. cleaning and preparing laboratory glassware, as well as disposing of glassware and laboratory waste, round off your responsibilities

• Ideally, you will have completed a vocational qualification as a Physical-Technical Assistant (m/f/d), Chemical-Technical Assistant (m/f/d), a chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Initial practical experience in a laboratory environment is desirable
• The ability to work independently and take personal responsibility is essential for these roles
• With your confident written and spoken German, you will ensure that the work carried out is documented clearly and comprehensively
