• You operate, monitor and control the production plant used to manufacture speciality chemicals, including via process control systems
• Following the formula, you prepare raw materials, measure them out, mix them and bottle the finished products
• You continuously monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure and fill levels, and take corrective action in the event of deviations
• You take samples, carry out simple quality controls and carefully document the results
• You carry out maintenance and cleaning work to ensure the safe and trouble-free operation of the plant
• In the event of faults, you analyse the causes and assist with rectification
• When handling hazardous substances, you consistently adhere to the guidelines on health and safety, environmental protection and quality management
• You keep production and shift logs and pass on relevant information regarding the condition of the plant to the next shift
• You transport and store raw materials and products in a professional manner, using industrial trucks where necessary
• You assist in optimising production processes

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a chemical technician (m/f/d), a chemical production specialist (m/f/d) or a chemical laboratory assistant (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have some initial professional experience in the chemical industry
• You have knowledge of handling hazardous substances and process control systems
• You are characterised by your technical understanding and a meticulous, responsible approach to your work
• You are willing to work shifts (availability for shift work)
• You are a team player and reliable
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• A Class B driving licence and a forklift licence are an advantage
• A valid work permit is required
