• You will be responsible for the detailed planning and execution of complex civil engineering projects, including the professional preparation of tenders, comprehensive work planning and cost estimation
• You will also be responsible for ensuring that all infrastructure and construction projects are carried out to the highest quality standards, cost-optimised and on-time execution, as well as the full implementation of all assigned infrastructure and construction projects
• Furthermore, you will oversee the professional and timely procurement of all required building materials and heavy machinery, whilst taking defined economic guidelines into account
• The continuous monitoring of the entire construction process and the systematic carrying out of qualified on-site quality control are also part of your varied responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the coordination of external subcontractors and independently manage the structured awarding of contracts for all necessary subcontractor services
• Furthermore, you will reliably support the project team with commercial invoice verification, post-project costing and the proper final settlement of all construction works carried out
• Finally, you will be responsible for the targeted preparation, negotiation and consistent enforcement of contract amendments as part of an efficient, ongoing amendment management process

• You have a degree in civil engineering or a qualification as a construction technician (m/f/d), surveying technician (m/f/d) or track layer (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ solid professional experience in the independent management and execution of complex construction or infrastructure projects
• Your sound knowledge of the VOB and building law, as well as your expert use of BRZ, iTWO, Arriba and MS Office
• You have excellent written and spoken German skills to communicate professionally with business partners, public authorities and the project teams involved
• Furthermore, you are willing to travel frequently for occasional assignments away from the office and demonstrate strong assertiveness in negotiations with
• Finally, you are an excellent team player whilst always working completely independently, in a structured manner and with a strong, goal-oriented ability to find solutions
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must also hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
