• You will be responsible for the project management and implementation of building construction projects and structural maintenance measures on municipal buildings, in particular in accordance with HOAI service phases 5 to 9
• The property management of municipal buildings such as schools, sports facilities and day-care centres also falls within your area of responsibility
• New construction, conversion and modernisation measures independently and responsibly
• you will actively support the implementation of extensive individual measures as part of urban redevelopment, building maintenance or project management
• you will carefully prepare tender documents and professionally prepare the awarding of construction services

• You have a degree in architecture or civil engineering with a focus on building construction
• It is desirable that you have professional experience in the areas of building renovation, construction management, building maintenance and refurbishment, building maintenance, refurbishment and work in existing buildings
• you are confident in applying the LBO Schleswig-Holstein and the building use regulations
• a building submission authorisation is desirable
• with MS Office, common AVA programmes such as California.pro as well as AutoCAD and Revit or are willing to quickly familiarise yourself with these programmes
