• You will be responsible for the commercial and technical management of road construction and civil engineering projects
• Throughout the entire project duration, you will work closely with the site management team
• You will oversee construction projects from work planning right through to final invoicing
• You will prepare quantity surveys independently and carry out volume calculations
• You will prepare the construction work carried out in a verifiable manner and settle the accounts
• You will prepare interim and final invoices reliably and on time
• You will support those involved in the project in drawing up and processing supplementary agreements
• You carry out target-actual comparisons and identify deviations at an early stage
• You carefully check and evaluate specifications
• You document construction projects carefully and in a traceable manner

• You have completed vocational training, a technician’s qualification or hold an equivalent qualification
• You have relevant professional experience in commercial and technical project management as well as invoicing in road construction and civil engineering
• You must have sound IT skills and be proficient in using costing and invoicing software, drafting programmes and standard MS Office applications
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are characterised by a structured, independent, reliable and meticulous approach to your work, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• You hold a Class B driving licence
