• You will carry out tenders, price comparisons and contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
• To support decision-making, you will draw up price comparisons and recommendations for awarding contracts
• You will obtain quotations for services and materials in civil engineering and hydraulic engineering and assess them from both a commercial and technical perspective
• You will continuously analyse market developments and derive procurement strategies from them
• You also identify new contractual partners and maintain business relationships with existing subcontractors and suppliers
• You support the relevant project teams and the costing department in all procurement-related matters
• You will prepare tenders and contracts and agree terms and conditions with the parties involved
• Using RIB iTWO and MS Office, you will document tendering processes and maintain procurement data

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), a wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d) or a construction draughtsman (m/f/d)
• You have already gained relevant professional experience in procurement, preferably in the construction industry
• You have sound IT skills in using MS Office; experience with RIB iTWO would be an advantage
• you are familiar with the subcontractor and supplier market
• good written and spoken German are part of your profile
• you are characterised by a strong technical understanding and excellent negotiation skills
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
• You work in a results-oriented and independent manner
• Strong communication skills and a confident manner round off your profile
