• You will be responsible for the comprehensive planning and execution of challenging civil engineering projects, including the preparation of professional tenders and precise work planning
• You will also be responsible for the challenging construction of new structures and the professional repair of complex retaining structures and modern reinforced concrete bridges, carried out whilst railway services remain in operation
• Furthermore, you will oversee the implementation of all construction projects in accordance with quality, cost and schedule requirements, whilst bearing technical and disciplinary responsibility for on-site staff
• Coordinating all subcontractors will also form part of your duties, actively and proactively managing the procurement of the relevant services
• As part of your role, you will support the timely scheduling of the necessary heavy machinery and all required building materials to ensure smooth site logistics
• Furthermore, you will support the comprehensive verification of invoices and the entire construction accounts process, and ensure transparent project documentation for all parties involved
• Finally, you will be responsible for the professional preparation and implementation of change order management to ensure the cost-effective optimisation of all ongoing construction projects

• You have a degree in civil engineering (m/f/d) or a comparable academic qualification in structural engineering (m/f/d)
• You also have extensive professional experience as a competent site manager (m/f/d) or project manager (m/f/d) in the demanding field of structural engineering
• You are distinguished by your confident use of construction-specific software such as iTWO or RIB software, as well as standard MS Office applications
• You have business-level proficiency in German, both spoken and written, at a native level, ensuring smooth communication with all project stakeholders
• Your in-depth knowledge of current building regulations and the VOB sets you apart in your day-to-day dealings with contractual partners
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of willingness to travel, as well as a structured, independent and goal-oriented approach to work, to your future team
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
