• You will be responsible for the independent planning and operational management of challenging civil engineering projects, including the careful preparation of tenders as well as detailed work planning and cost estimation
• You will also be responsible for the high-quality, cost-effective and on-time delivery of all construction projects, working closely with all project stakeholders
• Furthermore, you will oversee the timely and cost-effective procurement of the required heavy machinery and all necessary materials for the construction sites
• Your responsibilities also include the comprehensive monitoring of the construction process and the review of on-site results
• As part of your role, you will support the coordination of all subcontractors and be responsible for awarding the relevant subcontractor contracts
• Furthermore, you will assist with the precise verification of invoices and the entire construction billing process, taking all contractual agreements into account
• Finally, you will be responsible for the professional preparation and implementation of change order management in the event of deviations in the construction process

• You have a degree in Civil Engineering (m/f/d), infrastructure management (m/f/d) or industrial engineering (m/f/d) with a specialisation in construction
• you also have several years’ professional experience in the independent operational management of challenging construction or infrastructure projects in civil engineering
• You are distinguished by your in-depth knowledge of current building law and the relevant VOB guidelines
• Your solid knowledge of construction-specific software such as BRZ, iTWO or Arriba, as well as standard MS Office applications, round off your profile
• You have native-level written and spoken German, as well as consistently professional and goal-oriented communication skills
• You also demonstrate a high degree of independence in your work and a willingness to undertake occasional business travel
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
