• You will be responsible for carrying out visual inspections of components and for identifying and reporting quality deviations
• You will check delivered packaging units and compare them with the production documentation
• You retrieve work orders and process them in the ERP system
• Your tasks include dust removal, secure packaging and preparing the finished components for onward transport
• You are responsible for deburring, grinding and finishing rubber-metal components after vulcanisation
• You coat metal surfaces with temporary corrosion protection
• You will carry out reworking and simple repairs to moulded parts in accordance with specifications
• You will operate an industrial washing machine and a blasting system for metal inserts
• You will then be responsible for the cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of work equipment and machinery
• you will also record the work processes carried out in the ERP system
• general transport and supply tasks within the department round off your remit

• Ideally, you will have completed a technical or craft-based vocational training programme, although this is not a requirement
• Ideally, you will have experience in grinding, deburring or finishing components, as well as knowledge of using ERP systems for production control
• Your experience in a manufacturing company – for example, in metal, plastics or rubber processing – will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and carrying out minor maintenance tasks is a given for you
• You are also willing to work shifts
• You are confident in operating blasting or washing systems
• Manual dexterity and a precise, meticulous approach to your work are part of your skill set
• You are characterised by an eye for quality and attention to detail
• You have technical understanding and are willing to familiarise yourself with new work processes
• You bring teamwork skills, reliability and a sense of personal responsibility
• Confidence in dealing with quality requirements and production documentation
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit for Germany, round off your profile
