• You will carry out cleaning work in various premises
• You will also be responsible for the routine cleaning of commercial and private premises
• You will carry out deep cleaning and assist with cleaning during and after construction work
• You will also carry out window cleaning using traditional methods as well as with deionised water or an osmosis system
• You will use cleaning products and equipment correctly
• In addition, you will maintain hygiene, quality and safety standards, implement on-site work instructions and document them
• Communication with site managers, clients and the operations management team is also part of your day-to-day work

• Ideally, you will already have gained experience in various areas of building cleaning, particularly in maintenance, general cleaning, interim construction cleaning, post-construction cleaning and window cleaning
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, as you will regularly communicate with customers, property managers and senior management
• You must also hold a Class B driving licence
• You work reliably, meticulously and independently
• You are characterised by a friendly manner and a service-oriented approach
• A sense of responsibility and the ability to work as part of a team are key aspects of your profile
• Good physical fitness will support you in your day-to-day work
