Cleaning employee (m/f/d)

• Pay above the standard rate
• Health and safety: Work must be carried out wearing a safety helmet and safety footwear
• Working hours: approx. 15–20 hours per week
• Shift duration: 5–6 hours per shift

• Your role will involve cleaning construction sites, as well as general and detailed cleaning
• You will be responsible for removing dust, paint and silicone residues
• This also includes cleaning stairwells, corridors and ancillary rooms
• You will also be responsible for the final clean prior to handover or acceptance
• Last but not least, you will check that areas have been properly cleaned and are safe to walk on

• Relevant experience would be an advantage
• Compliance with health and safety regulations is a matter of course for you
• You have B1-level German language skills and a valid work permit
• You are known for your meticulous approach to work
• Teamwork and communication skills round off your profile
